Ingredient

• Mama’s Choice Vietnamese Steamed Rice Roll Mix : 500g
• Water: 1250ml
• Cooking oil: 7,5 ml (about 5 teaspoon)

Instruction

• Dissolve Mama’s Choice Vietnamese Steamed Rice Roll Mix flour and cooking oil in water, then stir well.
• Strain the batter through a sieve to make it smoother.
• Let the batter rest for at least 30 minutes.
• Add a small amount of cooking oil to a non-stick pan and heat it. Pour the batter into the pan, spreading it thin and evenly. Cover with a lid and cook on low heat for 20–30 seconds until
