Ingredients of Fancy’s Red Velvet Premix (1kg)

Wheat flour, sugar, corn starch, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, vanilla powder, xanthan gum (E415), Gardenia red extract.

Ingredients

  • Fancy’s Red Velvet Premix: 1kg
  • Whole egg: 400g
  • Cooking oil: 400g
  • Water: 200g

Instruction

  • Put all ingredients into large bowl, mix by mixer within 2 minutes at low speed, then 2 minutes with higher speed until well combined.
  • Pour the mixture into mould, bake at 180°C within 20 minutes (based on oven, baking time can be adjusted).

Used to red velvet cake.

In cool place, avoid heat and direct sunlight.
