  • Mama’s Choice Vietnamese Crispy Pancake Mix: 500g
  • Water: 1250g
  • Coconut milk: 170g
  • Turmeric powder: 6g
  • Salt: 3g
  • MSG: 1.5g
  • Chopped green onions: 6g
  • Cooking oil: 20-22g
  • Egg: 1

Instruction

  • Mix all the prepared ingredients and stir well.
  • Let the batter rest for 15–20 minutes.
  • Heat a pan and add a little cooking oil, then stir-fry the meat, shrimp, and onions over high heat to ensure the pan stays hot. Pour one or two ladles of batter into the pan and quickly swirl to create a thin, even layer around the edges. Add cooked mung beans and bean sprouts, then cover the pan and cook over medium heat for about 2 minutes.
  • Remove the lid, drizzle a little oil around the edges of the pancake. Lower the heat to allow the pancake to crisp up and develop a nice golden color. Once the edges lift, and the pancake is crispy and golden, fold it in half, transfer it to a plate, and enjoy with sweet and sour fish sauce, fresh herbs, and lettuce.
