Wheat flour, Sugar, Corn starch, Synthetic vanilla flavor, Salt, Emulsifier (E450i, E341i).

Ingredients

  • Fancy’s Butter Cake Mix : 1000g
  • Egg (peeled): 500g
  • Butter: 500g

Instruction

  • Grease cake pan. Preheat 175°C for upper side , 160°C for lower side.
  • Put all ingredients into bowl, Mix the mixture by a planetary mixer with medium speed 6 – 7 minutes.
  • Divide the batter evenly into the cake molds.
  • Bake at 175°C for 20-25 minutes.

Used for Butter Cake.

Store in dry place, avoid direct sunlight.
