Wheat flour, Sugar, Emulsifier (45ii), Salt, Cocoa powder, Synthetic vanilla powder, Emulsifier (E450i, E341i)

Ingredients

• Fancy’s Chocolate Muffin Premix: 1000g
• Egg (peeled): 450g
• Water (or unsweetened milk) 350g
• Cooking oil: 280g

Instruction

• Put cooking oil, egg, water into large bowl, mix well by the hand mixer with paddle or balloon whisk. Then add to Fancy’s Chocolate Muffin Premix, mix at slow speed in 1 minutes.
• Scrape down the bowl to make sure no ingredients are stuck. Mix at medium speed for 2-3 minutes.
• Fill the baking cup with batter, bake at 210°C within 20 minutes.

Used for making Chocolate Muffin.

Store in dry place, avoid direct sunlight.
