Ingredients of Fancy’s Vanilla Cupcake Premix (1.5kg)

Wheat flour, Fine sugar, Salt, Synthetic vanilla powder, leavening agent (E452(i)).

Ingredients

  • Fancy’s Vanilla Cupcake Premix: 1kg
  • Egg: 8 eggs
  • Water (or unsweetened milk): 40ml
  • Cooking oi (or magarine): 270g

Instruction

  • Put cooking oi, egg, water into large bowl, mix well by the hand mixer with paddle or balloon whisk, add Fancy’s Vanilla Cupcake Premix, mix at slow speed in 1 minute.
  • Scrape down the bowl to make sure no ingredients are stuck. Mix at medium speed for 2-3 minutes.
  • Fill the baking cup with batter, bake at 170°C within 20 minutes.

Used for Vanilla Cupcake.

Keep in cool, dry place and direct sunlight.
