Ingredients

• Fancy’s Waffle Brussel Premix: 1000g
• Egg: 250g
• Water (or unsweetened milk): 450g
• Butter or margarine: 200g

Instruction

• Put Fancy’s Waffle Brussel Premix, water and egg into a bowl. Mix at medium speed for 2 minutes, then add magarine, mix well within 1 minutes until combined.
• Pour a thin layer of butter on one side of the waffle iron, then add the batter.
• Bake at waffle machine for 1- 2 minutes.

Used for Waffle Brussel.

Keep in cool, dry place and avoid direct sunlight.
