Get ready to create delicious mooncakes with Mama’s Choice Moon Cake Dough Premix. Follow these simple steps for a perfect result:

Ingredients:

  • Mama’s Choice Moon Cake Dough Premix: 1kg
  • Sugar syrup: 580g
  • Cooking oil: 150g
  • Egg yolks: 5
  • Cinnamon Wine (Mai Que Lo): 10ml

Instructions:

  • Combine sugar syrup, cooking oil, egg yolks, and Cinnamon Wine (Mai Que Lo) in a bowl. Mix thoroughly.
  • Gradually add the flour, mixing as you go. Allow the dough to rest for 45–60 minutes to prevent drying.
  • Knead the dough until smooth and pliable.
  • Divide the dough, add the filling, and use a mold to shape the mooncakes.
  • Bake the mooncakes twice for 8 minutes each at 180°C.
