How to use

Get ready to create delicious mooncakes with Mama’s Choice Moon Cake Dough Premix. Follow these simple steps for a perfect result:

Ingredients:

Mama’s Choice Moon Cake Dough Premix: 1kg
Sugar syrup: 580g
Cooking oil: 150g
Egg yolks: 5
Cinnamon Wine (Mai Que Lo): 10ml

Instructions:

Combine sugar syrup, cooking oil, egg yolks, and Cinnamon Wine (Mai Que Lo) in a bowl. Mix thoroughly.
Gradually add the flour, mixing as you go. Allow the dough to rest for 45–60 minutes to prevent drying.
Knead the dough until smooth and pliable.
Divide the dough, add the filling, and use a mold to shape the mooncakes.
Bake the mooncakes twice for 8 minutes each at 180°C.
