Ingredients of Cheddar Cream Joy Top Dairy-Blended Topping Cream (1 kg)

Water, fully hydrogenated palm oil, sugar, dextrose monohydrate, cheddar cheese powder (3%), butter, emulsifiers (polyoxyethylene (20) sorbitan monostearate, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, sorbitan monostearate), sodium caseinate, thickeners (carrageenan, xathan gum), salt, stabilizer (dipotassium hydrogen phosphate), synthetic flavor (cheese flavor), synthetic food color (beta-carotene).

  • Defrost in chiller or fridge of 2°C–7°C for 12-24 hour before use.
  • Shake well before opening.
  • Pour into a chilled bowl (content should not exceed 20% of bowl capacity). Mix on medium speed to finish until soft peaks form.
  • Whipping speed can vary according to different applications.Whipped product must be chilled or frozen.
