  • Defrost tart shells at room temperature.
  • Then, pour egg cream into each tart shell.
  • Bake at 190°C/210°C (for upper/ lower oven) for 15 – 20 minutes.
  • Bake at 180°C for 15 – 20 minutes if using a convection oven, depending on the oven.

  • Can be used with various types of fillings.
  • Keep frozen at -18°C.
  • After thawing, the product must be refrigerated at 5°C – 10°C and used within 48 hours.
