Method 2: Pierce the bottom of the cookies tart shell before baking to prevent the base from puffing up. Bake at 180°C top heat and 150°C bottom heat for 15-18 minutes until golden brown. Decorate the tart shell with fillings of your choice (custard, cream, fruits, etc.).
