Defrost the cookies tart at room temperature. There are some ways to use cookies tart:

  • First way: Pour egg cream or coconut filling or raw fillings into each cookies tart. Bake at 200°C/180°C (for upper/lower oven) within 18 – 22 minutes. If using convection oven, bake at 180°C within 15-20 minutes.
  • Second way: Make holes in the bottom of the cookies tart before baking to avoid bulge. Bake at 180°C / 150°C (for the upper/lower oven) for 15 to 18 minutes until the cookies tart is golden brown. Decorate the cookies tart base with fillings (cream, custard, fruit, etc.).

Used for making various desserts

  • Keep frozen from -18°C to -10°C.
  • After being defrosted, the product must be kept in a chilled condition and used within 48 hours.
