  • Take the Nhat Huong Cookies Tart Shell out and allow it to fully thaw.
  • Depending on the intended use, you can bake it using the following methods:Method 1: Pour egg custard, coconut tart filling, or other raw fillings into the cookies tart shell. Bake at 200°C top heat and 210°C bottom heat for 18-22 minutes. For convection ovens, bake at 180°C for 15-20 minutes.

    Method 2: Pierce the bottom of the cookies tart shell before baking to prevent the base from puffing up. Bake at 180°C top heat and 150°C bottom heat for 15-18 minutes until golden brown. Decorate the tart shell with fillings of your choice (custard, cream, fruits, etc.).

Used for making various desserts with sweet or savory fillings, such as Hong Kong egg tarts, etc.

  • Keep the product frozen at -18°C.
  • After thawing, keep the product refrigerated at 5°C to 10°C and use within 48 hours.
