Nhat Huong Non – Dairy Creamer is a versatile cream specifically designed for the beverage industry. With high stability and a priority on original cream flavor, Nhat Huong Creamy Beverage Cream has a rich and smooth texture, making it ideal for various beverage recipes such as bubble tea, blended drinks, or milk foam.

Flavor: Mild milk flavor, slightly sweet, and lightly fragrant.
Advantages:
Water, hydrogenated palm kernel oil, malto dextrin, corn syrup, dextrose, sodium caseinate, emulsifiers (Mono and Di-glycerides of fatty acids, polyoxyethylene (20) sorbitan monostearate, Sorbitan monostearate, Sodium stearoyl lactylate), salt, acid stabilizer (trisodium phosphate; dipotassium photsphate), milk flavor, thickener (Xanthan Gum), food color (beta-carotene (160a(ii)).

Defrost in chilled or fridge of 2°C – 7°C for 12-24 hours, until the ice is completely dissolved. Shake well before opening. Defrosted product must be chilled or frozen and used within 48 hours.
The product can be replaced of milk or dairy cream, used for coffee, tea, sweetened desserts, especially cream soup.
Stored at -18°C to -12°C. Products can be re-frozen in case of not being defrosted over 50%.
