Dimensions of Mini Puff Pastry Sheet

  • Size: 7cm x 7cm, thickness per piece: 0.5cm.
  • Quantity: Each bag contains 40 pieces, which can make 20 finished pastries.

  • Defrost the product at room temperature for 10-15 minutes.
  • Place the filling on the Mini Puff Pastry, then either bake it as is or place another pastry on top and shape it.
  • Bake in the oven at 200°C/ 170°C (for the upper/lower oven) for 20-25 minutes. If using a convection oven, bake at 170°C for 20-25 minutes, depending on the oven and shape of cake.

Used as the crust for Pate Chaud pastries, and for making various layered pastries, etc.

 

Keep frozen at -18°C.
