Ingredient

Recipe 1:

• Fancy’s Super-Bung Sponge Cake Mix: 1000g
• Whole egg: 600g
• Water (unsweetened milk): 450g
• Cooking oil: 150g

Recipe 2:

• Fancy’s Super-Bung Sponge Cake Mix: 1000g
• Whole egg: 800g
• Water (unsweetened milk): 350g
• Cooking oil: 150g

Instruction

• Select recipe 1 or recipe 2 as desired.
• Grease cake pan. Preheat oven at 180°C.
• Put Fancy’s Super-Bung Sponge Cake Mix, egg, water in mixing bowl. Mix the mixture by a planetary mixer with high speed in 5 minutes (or hand mixer in 7 minutes) until the batter raised up in volume, well combined. Stop mixing.
• Fold the cooking oil in the batter, stir well by hands (Cooking oil shouldn’t be added during mixing by machine).
• Divide the batter evenly into each round pan.
• Bake at 180°C in 25 minutes.

Notice

To enhance taste, butter or butter oil can be replaced 50% cooking oil content.

Used for Sponge Cake.

Store in dry place, avoid direct sunlight.
