Ingredients

  • Mama’s Choice Mochi Daifuku Premix Flour: 100g
  • Icing sugar: 50g
  • Water: 80g
  • Cooking Oil: 20g

Instruction

  • Boil water.
  • Mix all the ingredients together. Knead by hand or use a machine on low speed for 1 minute.
  • Let the dough rest in the refrigerator for about 10–15 minutes.
  • Take the dough out, knead again, and shape as desired.

Make the outer dough for the mochi.

Keep in a cool and dry place, avoid direct sunlight.
