How to use

Ingredients

Mama’s Choice Mochi Daifuku Premix Flour: 100g
Icing sugar: 50g
Water: 80g
Cooking Oil: 20g

Instruction

Boil water.
Mix all the ingredients together. Knead by hand or use a machine on low speed for 1 minute.
Let the dough rest in the refrigerator for about 10–15 minutes.
Take the dough out, knead again, and shape as desired.
