Ingredients

  • Mama’s Choice Korean Black Sesame Bread: 500g
  • Unsweetened milk/water: 175g
  • Eggs: 160g
  • Butter/cooking oil: 100g

Instruction

  • Use a mixer to combine the bread mix, eggs, unsweetened milk or water, and softened butter (or oil) at low speed for 2 minutes.
  • While mixing, use a spatula to scrape down the sides and bottom of the bowl to ensure even mixing.
  • After that, mix for an additional 3–4 minutes at medium speed.
  • Shape the dough and place it on a tray (lined with parchment paper or greased with oil).
  • Bake at 200°C for the top heat and 170°C for the bottom heat. Bake for 28–30 minutes.

Notes

  • For convection ovens, bake at 170°C for 25–28 minutes.
  • For air fryers, bake at 170°C for 12 minutes.
  • Time and temperature may vary depending on the type of oven and the weight of the bread.
