Ingredients

• Fancy’s Pancake Premix: 1kg
• Whole egg: 250g
• Water (or unsweetened milk): 750g
• Magarine (or cooking oil): 85g

Instruction

• Mix cooking oil, water, egg (1)
• Put Fancy’s Pancake Premix into large bowl, with 2/3 portion of mixture (1), using mixer mith paddle, mix at low speed.
• Scrape the batter down and mix at medium speed around 1-2 minutes.
• Pour the rest of mixture (1) and mix until well- combined.
• Scoop the batter in nonstick pan, with circular shape, fly until golden brown.

Used to Pancake.

In cool place, avoid heat and direct sunlight.
