Ingredients of Fancy’s Frozen Almond Cookie Dough (1kg)

Wheat flour, sugar, egg whites, butter, almond flour (0.21%), salt.

  • Fully defrost the dough.
  • Place the dough on a 40cm x 60cm baking tray, then spread it thinly across the tray.
  • Optional: Add nuts or dried fruits, such as almonds, peanuts, or crushed cashews.
  • Bake at 145°C (adjust based on oven) for 15–17 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and cut into desired shapes (2cm x 4cm, 3cm x 6cm).

Note:

  • Cut the dough while still hot. Then return the cookies to the oven for an additional 5–7 minutes.
  • Baking time and temperature may vary depending on the oven.
  • To keep the cookies crisp for longer, store them in an airtight container.
