Ingredients of Pate Chaud Puff Pastry

Wheat flour, margarine, water, egg, sugar, salt, preservative (INS 202).

  • Defrost the product at room temperature for 10 – 15 minutes.
  • Place the filling on the small piece, then place another large piece onto it.
  • Shape: Use a smaller mold to lightly press on the cake surface to stick them together.
  • Next, use a fork to poke holes (1 time) in the middle of the cake, and brush the surface with egg.
  • Then, put it in the oven at 200°C/ 170°C ( for the upper/ lower oven) for 20 – 25 minutes. If using a convection oven, bake at 170°C for 20 – 25 minutes, depending on the oven.
