Ingredients of Cheese Egg Cream

Water, Vegetable Oil, Sugar, Egg, Whole Milk Powder, Butter, Cheese Powder, Sodium Caseinate, Emulsifiers (Sodium Polyphosphate, Polyoxyethylene (20) Sorbitan Monosterate, Sorbitan Monosterate), Salt, Thickener (Xanthan Gum (E415)), Flavors, Food Color (Beta Carotene(E160a(ii)).

  • Thaw completely before use. Gently shake before opening.
  • After thawing, the product must be used within 48 hours and should always be stored in the refrigerator.
  • Once opened, the product must be used within 24 hours and must always be stored in the refrigerator.Tart: Pour the cheese egg cream into the tart shell. Bake at 200°C for top heat and 180°C for bottom heat for 18-22 minutes. For convection ovens, bake at 180°C for 15-20 minutes.
    Caramel Flan: Add 7-10g of caramel solution into the mold, then add 50-60g of cheese egg cream into the mold and bake in a water bath in the oven at 150°C for 25-28 minutes. If steaming in a pot, make sure to cover the mold.
