How to use

Ingredients

Mama’s Choice Chiffon Cake Premix: 500g
Egg: 500g
Water (or unsweetned milk): 125g
Cooking Oil: 90g

Instruction

Grease the round baking pan with oil to prevent sticking.
Preheat oven at 180°C.
Put Mama’s Choice Chiffon Cake Premix, eggs, water in a mixing bowl. Mix at high speed in 5 minutes by planetary mixer. Until the batter raises up and well combines to finish.
Pour the oil into the batter, stir well by hands (Oil should not be added in the batter when mixing by machine).
Spead mixture on the tray and bake at 180°C for 25 minutes (depends on oven type).
Let the cake cool down before eating.
