Ingredients of Mama’s Choice Chiffon Cake Premix (500g)

Wheat flour, Fine sugar, starch, Milk powder, Salt, Softener (500ii), Emulsifiers (E433), Vanilla powder.

Ingredients

  • Mama’s Choice Chiffon Cake Premix: 500g
  • Egg: 500g
  • Water (or unsweetned milk): 125g
  • Cooking Oil: 90g

Instruction

  • Grease the round baking pan with oil to prevent sticking.
  • Preheat oven at 180°C.
  • Put Mama’s Choice Chiffon Cake Premix, eggs, water in a mixing bowl. Mix at high speed in 5 minutes by planetary mixer. Until the batter raises up and well combines to finish.
  • Pour the oil into the batter, stir well by hands (Oil should not be added in the batter when mixing by machine).
  • Spead mixture on the tray and bake at 180°C  for 25 minutes (depends on oven type).
  • Let the cake cool down before eating.
