Wheat flour, sugar, corn syrup, dextrose, baking powder, whole milk powder, synthetic vanilla powder, salt, thickener (E415), preservatives (E262(i), E282)

Ingredients

  • Fancy’s Roll Cake Flour Superzai: 1000g
  • Egg (peeled): 900g
  • Water (or milk): 300g
  • Cooking oil: 180g

Instruction

  • Lay oven paper into the tray 46 x 72cm, preheat oven at 160°C for upper side, 140°C for lower side.
  • Put Fancy’s Roll Cake Flour Superzai, whole eggs and water in a mixing bowl. Mix the mixture by a planetary mixer with high speed in 5 minutes (or hand mixer in 7 minutes) until the batter raised up in volume, well combined. Stop mixing.
  • Fold the cooking oil in the batter, stir well by hands (Cooking oil shouldn’t  be added during mixing by machine).
  • Spread mixture on the tray.
  • Bake at 160° for upper side, 140°C for lower side for 20 – 23 minutes.
  • To avoid crack on the cake when rolling, speed up heat for 3 minutes.
  • Let the cake cool down, then spread the stuffing on the surface.

Notice

To enhance taste, butter or butter oil can be replaced 50% cooking oil content.

Used to Roll Sponge Cake.

Store in dry place, avoid direct sunlight.
