Ingredients of Fancy’s Chocolate Sponge Cake Mix (1kg)

Wheat flour (40%), Cocoa Powder (7%), sugar, corn starch, whole milk powder, emulsifiers (E433, E475), thickener (E415), salt, baking powder, synthetic vanilla flavor.

Ingredients

  • Fancy’s Chocolate Sponge Cake Mix: 1kg
  • Whole egg: 800g
  • Cooking oil: 150ml
  • Water (or unsweetened milk): 350ml

Instruction

  • Grease the pan with oil, preheat oven at 180°C.
  • Put Fancy’s Chocolate Sponge Cake Mix, whole egg, water into large bowl. Mix all with plantery mixer in 5 minutes at high speed, or 7 minutes with hand mixer, until the batter well combined, stop mixing.
  • Pour the cooking oil into the batter, mix well again.
  • Devide the batter into mould.
  • Bake at 180°C around 20 – 25 minutes
  • Notice: To enhance taste, butter or butter oil can replaced 50% cooking oil content.

Used to chocolate sponge cake.

In cool place, avoid direct heat and sunlight.
