Ingredients

• Fancy’s Almond Cookie Mix: 620g
• Water: 277g
• Butter: 173g
• Sliced almonds: 380g

Instruction

• Mix Fancy’s Almond Cookie Mix with water and stir until well combined, then add melted butter and continue stirring until the mixture is smooth.
• Spread the dough thinly on a baking tray, then sprinkle sliced almonds on top.
• Bake in the oven at 150°C for 10–12 minutes.
• Remove from the oven, cut the cookie sheet into pieces using a rolling cutter, and bake for another 10–12 minutes until golden brown.
• Dry the cookies by baking for an additional 10 minutes at 120°C.

Notice

• Baking time and temperature may vary depending on the oven.
• To keep the cookies crispy for longer, store them in an airtight container.
