Ingredients of Fancy’s Plain Muffin Premix (1kg)

Wheat flour, Sugar, Milk powder, Baking powder, Salt, Synthetic vanilla powder.

Ingredient

• Fancy’s Plain Muffin Premix: 1kg
• Egg (peeled): 200g
• Water (or unsweetened): 300g
• Cooking oil: 415g

Instruction

• Put cooking oil, egg, water into large bowl, mix well by the hand mixer with paddle or balloon whisk. Then add to Fancy’s Plain Muffin Premix, mix at slow speed in 1 minutes.
• Scrape down the bowl to make sure no ingredients are stuck. Mix at medium speed for 2-3 minutes.
• Fill the baking cup with batter, bake at 210°C within 20 minutes.

Used for Muffin Cake.

Store in dry place, avoid direct sunlight.
