Ingredients of Fancy’s Taiyaki Cake Premix

Wheat flour, fine sugar, milk powder, leavening agent (E500(ii)), salt, synthetic vanilla powder.

Ingredient

  • Fancy’s Taiyaki Cake Premix: 1000g
  • Egg: 280g
  • Water (or unsweetened milk): 550g
  • Magarine: 280g

Instruction

  • Melt the magarine at ambient temperature until soft.
  • Put egg and water in a large bowl, put Fancy’s Taiyaki Cake Mix into bowl. Mix at medium speed for 2 minutes, then add magarine, mix well within 1 minutes until combined.
  • Pour a thin layer of butter on once side of the pan, put the filling into center of batter, then pour batter on the top of filling until covered.
  • Bake at 200°C in oven for 2 minutes.
  • Notice: Filling must be cooked before adding (green bean paste, red bean paste, black bean paste or custard).
