Ingredients of Cheese Egg Cream

Water, egg yolk, vegetable oil, sugar, whole milk powder, dextrose monohydrate, butter, cheese powder (1,7%), sodium caseinate, emulsifiers (INS 435, INS 491), stabilizer (INS 452(i)), thickener (INS 415), salt, synthetic milk flavor, synthetic butter flavor, food color (INS 160a(i)).

  • Thaw completely before use. Gently shake before opening.
  • After thawing, the product must be used within 48 hours and should always be stored in the refrigerator.
  • Once opened, the product must be used within 24 hours and must always be stored in the refrigerator.Tart: Pour the cheese egg cream into the tart shell. Bake at 200°C for top heat and 180°C for bottom heat for 18-22 minutes. For convection ovens, bake at 180°C for 15-20 minutes.
    Caramel Flan: Add 7-10g of caramel solution into the mold, then add 50-60g of cheese egg cream into the mold and bake in a water bath in the oven at 150°C for 25-28 minutes. If steaming in a pot, make sure to cover the mold.
