  • Place the egg tart shells on a baking tray to completely thaw.
  • Pour the egg cream into the tart shells and bake at a temperature of 200°C for the top heat and 180°C for the bottom heat for 15-20 minutes.
  • For a convection oven, bake at 180°C for 15-20 minutes.
  • Application for making Egg Tarts.
  • Can be customized with various fillings.
  • Keep frozen at -18°C.
  • After thawing, the product must be refrigerated at 5 – 10°C and used within 48 hours.
