Water, Hydrogenated palm kernel oil, Sugar, Dextrose monohydrate, Guava puree’, Whole milk powder, Sodium Caseinate, Emulsifiers (Polyoxyethylene (20) sorbitan monostearate, Polyglycerol esters of fatty acids, Sodium stearoyl lactylate), Thickener (Xanthan Gum), Salt, Acid stabilizer (Dipotassium phosphate), Flavors.

  • Defrost in chiller or fidge at 2°C to 7°C for 12-24 hours before using.
  • Shake well before opening.
  • Pour into the bowl (content should not exceed 20% of bowl capacity).
  • Mix on medium speed to finish until soft peaks form. Whipping speed can vary according to different  applications.
  • Whipped product must be chilled or frozen.
