How to use

Defrost in chiller or fidge at 2°C to 7°C for 12-24 hours before using.
Shake well before opening.
Pour into the bowl (content should not exceed 20% of bowl capacity).
Mix on medium speed to finish until soft peaks form. Whipping speed can vary according to different applications.
Whipped product must be chilled or frozen.
