Recipe 1

Ingredients:

  • Fancy’s Sponge Cake Mix Fan-001: 1kg
  • Eggs (peeled): 800g
  • Water (or fresh milk): 150g
  • Cooking oil: 150g

Recipe 2

Ingredients:

  • Fancy’s Sponge Cake Mix Fan-001: 1kg
  • Eggs (peeled): 600g
  • Water (or fresh milk): 350g
  • Cooking oil: 150g

Instruction

  • Select recipe 1 or recipe 2 as desired
  • Grease 7 round cake pans with diameter 20cm. preheat oven at 180°C.
  • Put Sponge Cake Mix Fan-001, eggs and water in a mixing bowl. Mix the mixture by a planetary mixer with high speed in 5 minutes (or hand mixer in 7 minutes) until the batter raise up in volume, well combined. Stop mixing.
  • Fold the cooking oil in the batter, stir well by hand. (Cooking oil should not be added into the batter during mixing time by machine).
  • Divide the batter evenly into each round pans (about 300g).
  • Bake at 180°C in 25 minutes. Leave the cakes cool before use

Notes

  • Maximum 1/4 recipe is advised when mixing with hand mixer.
  • To enhance taste of the cake, butter or butter oil can be replaced 50% of the cooking oil.
