Corn Starch, Sugar, Wheat Flour, Milk powder, Tapioca Starch.

Ingredients

  • Fancy’s Chewy Puff Premix: 1kg
  • Whole egg: 460g
  • Water (or fresh milk): 400g
  • Magarine (or cooking oil): 170g

Instruction

  • Grease the tray with oil and sift the flour on it. Preheat oven at 180°C for upper side, 145°C for lower side.
  • Put water (or fresh milk), whole egg, Fancy’s Chewy Puff Premix in a mixing bowl, mix the batter by mixer with paddle at speed 1 until well combined, then mix at speed 2 in 2 minutes.
  • Put magarine (or cooking oil) and mix at speed 1 in 1 minutes and then speed 2 in 2 minutes.
  • Put the batter in a piping bag with a round piping tip, then pipe rounds on tray.
  • Bake within 20-23 minutes (depends on cake size).

Used to Chewy Puff.
